The coratina olive tree is mostly used for its fruity oil but is also aesthetically one of the more beautiful of the olive trees
18" - 22" tall starter tree with developed root system
Pendolino olive trees have a high pollen count, therefore they are the most widely used tree in Tuscany for the pollination of other Tuscan variety olive trees such as Maurino, Leccino, and Frantoio. This tree grows rather slowly and doesn't get as large as other Tuscan varieties.
16" - 22" tall starter tree with developed root system.
An oil variety from northern Spain. The fruit is small. Its oil is quite aromatic and fruity with very little pungency or bitterness.
18"- 24" tall starter trees with developed root system
Very common Italian variety used in gourmet olive oil blends. Its flavor is also strong. The yield is high. It ripens a little earlier than other varieties.
16" - 22" tall starter trees with developed root system
One of the most common American varietals, used for both table olives and for oil. This tree has been noted to survive down to an extreme temperature of 8* degrees F. I don't suggest growing this tree in such temperatures, but will survive some extreme temperatures as far as olive trees go.

Olive used for both Table olive and for oil. Most popular of all the olive trees in Greece. The leaves are long, broad and flat. A fruit of high weight and elongated that is quite distinctive. While it makes excellent oil it is chiefly grown for Greek style black olives. Productivity is high but alternate. Flowering is intermediate. This variety is resistant to cold but sensitive to excessively hot climates.
